ART OF THE WEEK

On 18 June the winner of the BP Portrait Award 2013 was announced at the National Portrait Gallery. The prize went to South African-born artist Susanne du Toit, for Pieter, a painting of her eldest son. The artwork can be seen at the National Portrait Gallery in London from 20 June - 15 September.
